30% of Australians are not getting enough regular exercise

According to a study by the World Health Organization – over 30% of Australians are not getting enough physical activity, and over 70% of people between the ages of 18 – 64 are not participating in the recommended amount of strength exercises. Australia currently ranks 97th out of 168 countries on the activity scale
