With the start of the new year for many of us, our intentions turn to health, to eating healthier, perhaps getting back into regular exercise

But the key in making sure your health intentions stay on track is NOT buying into fads or foods/programs that promise miracles but have you doing things differently from what is truly sustainable… foods that are promoted as superfoods, exercise that is too intense and requires you to take hours out of your day
