Learning to release the weight that no longer serves you WITHOUT restricted eating or intensive exercise… IS HARD!
Why? Because you have to undo years of rules and the overwhelming media messages that are constantly fed to you (excuse the pun) about good food/bad food/clean food etc. etc.
And the fact is that restrictive dieting or intensive exercise only messes with your metabolism, causing you to gain more weight than you release!!!!
Intuitive eating undoes all that…. but it requires a strategy.
