While we all know that stress impacts our health and wellbeing, research is now showing that it is a key indicator in making us age faster.

And it’s all got to do with our DNA. Telomeres are the small caps that sit at the end of our DNA. Scientists liken them to the small caps on the end of shoelaces that stop them from fraying.

As we age, and we are impacted by stress, lack of exercise and poor diet – those small caps on the end of the DNA shorten, adding to the aging process.
