Because, I can tell that you are fed up.
I can tell that deep down you know there is something that is blocking your ability to lose those last few kilos that have crept on over the past few years, but you can't figure out what it is!
I know that you know all the right things. I know that you try for the most part to eat a healthy diet and get some exercise when you can.
But you are busy. You are trying to work, or run a business, balance family comittments, and by the end of the day you are exhausted.
And as much as you intend every morning to 'eat healthy or squeeze in some exercise', after the craziness of your day, all that determination goes right out the window - and the chocolate, the biscuits, the chips, or bowl of ice cream calls you!

You see, food has very little to do with weight (hold on, hear me out)
Food has very little to do with weight, because it is the reason WHY YOU CHOOSE the foods that you do that holds the real answer.

You see the food choices you make, are connected to your subconscious thoughts. Did you know we have anywhere from 12,0000 - 60,000 thoughts a day, and of those 95% are the same you had yesterday and of those 80% are negative!
And for every negative thought there is a corresponding action.
But the problem is - most of those negative thoughts - YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU ARE HAVING!
And because so many of those thoughts are both repetitive AND invisible - it is impossible to change them just by 'thinking positively'. How can you do that if you don't know what they are in the first place?
So what's the solution?
You have to create a DISRUPTION to the subconcious thoughts, by finding out the cause, then rewiring the neural pathway so they change permanently!!

I had always been somebody who was obessed by weight and diet, trying every new diet and every new workout promise to try and be the 'perfect shape'. I made my living in my 20's and 30's teaching others how to stay fit and healthy, often teaching up to 4 aerobic classes a day but I still watched everything I ate.... I just never felt perfect enough.
Then one night my husband asked me a question that changed everything.
