Often the gap between where you are and where you want to be can be stressful. I liken it to standing at the edge of a deep ravine. The change you want is on the other side of the ravine, but the jump to reach it can feel challenging, and scary.
Many times it is the one thing that holds us back from change… the fear of jumping over the deep ravine of the unknown.
Every change in our lives, whether that be losing weight, changing jobs, creating a new business or deciding to enter a new relationship, can create anxiety, especially if those around you are not as supportive as you would like them to be.
