Or even a rude person you come into contact with on the motorway
Very often, we are triggered, not by what is happening right now -but actually by the people, words or events of our past that impacted on us when we felt vulnerable or dis-empowered.
Finding that reason we have been triggered helps release the emotional connection and the stress and anxiety in the present moment.
