This is not a before and after… it’s more a “Well, I didn’t think that would happen!!”
The picture on the left – stressed, always tired, working out at the gym five days a week and following the ‘accepted’ way of eating at the time.
Fast forward 8 years – – meditation, EFT, 30-minute exercise per day and following the 4 aspects to Living Lighter – trusting in my intuition, intelligence, and wisdom to make choices that are right for me….not handing my power over to somebody who I think knows better than me.
When the pressure to conform is lifted when you learn to trust in yourself and your wisdom. to make heart-based choices that are right for you .. .the weight that no longer serves you leaves…. because it simply doesn’t need to be there anymore.
And you will feel -and look – so much lighter!
