Why having a stretch goal is important?










Last weekend I took part in a 35 km walk to raise funds for the Mito Foundation.

While a walk such as this is a great way to raise funds and awareness, for those who walked, it was also a fabulous personal challenge. One that took many of us right out of our comfort zone!

And perhaps the best part about participating in an event, such as this, is that you learn so much about yourself.
